Customer’s presentation Client’s needs and context

Orange Assistance is Orange’s (ex-France Telecom) subsidiary dedicated to services for individuals and specialized in IT support. It proposes the following kinds of services:

  • Installation, entry into service
  • Assistance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Initiation and training

In particular, it realizes deliveries of livebox installations at individuals’ homes.

Orange Assistance wished to endow with a system to bring into contact Orange Assistance’s customers and technicians via a web portal and mobile applications under Android and iOS.

This system had to ask the minimum of information to the client and screen wrong requests, take into account the call centers’ opening hours and estimate the taking-over time.

  Solution developed by TEKLIKO

Within 6 weeks, TEKLIKO developed a system to bring into contact Orange Assistance’s customers and technicians via a web portal and mobile applications under Android and iOS :

  • Realization of a mock-up on photoshop in accordance with Orange group graphical charter
  • Encapsulation of orangeadomicile.com webpage in Android and iOS applications
  • Setting-up of business reporting : follow-up of taking-over requests with taking-over time by a technician, implying an enrichment of existing activity reporting for Orange managers ; follow-up of simple visits by Google Analytics

TEKLIKO is also in charge of application hosting (database stored in a redundant PostgreSQL server under premium outsourcing agreement by our partner Dalibo), as well as application maintenance and monthly delivery user support service.
